Shipping policy

 

Shipping with USA:

We offer free shipping through the USPS on orders over $200. 

Standard Shipping — $6.95

Expedited Shipping — $24.95 (For faster delivery within the United States.)

Overnight shipping, UPS, and International shipping upon request. Just send us a message. 

VIR VITA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Returns and Refunds within USA:

We hope that you love your VIR VITA pieces, however if you are unhappy with our products, they can be returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. All sales will be final after 14 days of purchase. 

All sale items, including those purchased during the Black Friday promotion, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For returns of your order please follow these steps:

  • Email info@virvita.com and quote ‘Return’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

  • We will send you a return label.

  • VIR VITA charges a 15 USD handling fee for returns which will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately this fee is necessary to cover our expenses related to returned goods (e.g. return shipping cost, dry cleaning, stock management etc.) 

  • The garment must be unworn, in good condition, and with the tags still attached for us to offer you a full refund.  Once a return is received, it takes approximately 7–15 business days to process the return. 

  • Goods should be returned unused and packaged as per the original order with all the original inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so can result in deductions being made to the value of the refund or a refund being refused.

  • If items meet our return terms, the sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed.
  • Please note it can take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account.
  • We are unable to accept returns for sale items. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer direct exchanges due to the limited quantity of each item. If you wish to exchange an item you will have to return it and place a new order.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to some countries and are working on expanding to more. 

Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by VIR VITA. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.

The prices quoted at the time the order is placed apply. For orders inside the USA the prices quoted are final prices.

Shipping costs, custom duties and all other occurring costs are not covered by VIR VITA and must be paid by the customer in full.

Please note that all shipments outside the USA may be subject to Import Duty/ Tax/ VAT which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. 

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of VIR VITA products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

When ordering from VIR VITA you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the order and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Returns from outside the USA:

Important: If you are making a return from outside the USA we strongly advise using DHL Express as your carrier. This way you can avoid possible double taxation.

VIR VITA does not have the obligation to pay taxes for returning items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform themselves how to avoid taxes while sending a return.
